Woocommerce HiPay Wallet Pro extends the functionality of the Woocommerce plug-in and allows you to choose if a product/service is sold as a single payment, or as a subscription. Woocommerce HiPay Wallet Pro can also credit tokens to the customer, for single payments as well as for subscriptions.

Configure the price of a product

To configure the price of a product/service, simply enter the desired price in the Regular price field: this is the default field of the Woocommerce extension.

Credit tokens to the customer

If you want to credit tokens to the customer after the purchase of a product/service, you have 3 fields:

Number of tokensHere you define the number of tokens that will be credited to the customer after purchasing the product/service.
Variable in databaseHere you define the variable that will be used in the database to store the tokens credited to the customer.
Tokens labelHere you define the tokens label, in its singular and plural forms: you must enter the two forms and separate them with the symbol |, ie the vertical bar. You can create a label for each product if you wish.

Configure commissions paid to affiliates

Woocommerce HiPay Wallet Pro allows you to pay commissions to your affiliates who have a HiPay Wallet account, directly when a customer purchases a product/service. To configure the commissions to be paid to your affiliates, select Affiliates commissions from the drop-down menu. Then you just need to enter the percentage of the product’s amount that you wish to pay to each of the affiliates that you have entered in the Woocommerce HiPay Wallet Pro settings. You can enter a percentage as an integer (e.g. 10) or a percentage with decimals (e.g. 10.75) using the point as a decimal separator. You do not have to enter a percentage for each registered affiliate: to not pay a commission to an affiliate, simply indicate 0.

PLEASE NOTE: if you made a mistake when entering an affiliate account, the HiPay form will not be accessible and will return an error.

Configure the regular subscription

To make the product/service payable in the form of a regular subscription, simply activate the subscription by checking the box Recurring payments. By default, the subscription management drop-down list is set to Regular subscription. This means that payments for the product/service subscription will be made on a regular basis, for example: payment every 30 days. To adjust the frequency of payments according to your wishes, you just need to enter the payment interval: the payment interval is expressed in number of day(s), you can for example enter 1, 10, 20, 30, 60, 120, etc.

If you have configured tokens to be credited to the customer, with each payment the number of tokens configured will be credited to the customer.

Configure the custom subscription

To configure the custom subscription, simply select Custom subscription from the drop-down list of subscription options. By selecting this option additional settings are displayed:

1st intervalInterval (in number of day(s)) between the first payment and the second payment.
Number of tokensNumber of tokens to be credited to the customer during the first payment.
Product/service labelThe related label to the first payment: this label will appear on the HiPay form.
Amount from 2nd paymentThe amount to be paid from the second payment: it is this amount which will then be payable for all other payments.
Product/service labelThe related label to payments from the second payment: this label will appear on the HiPay form.

If you have configured tokens to be credited to the customer, as in the configuration of the regular subscription, from the second payment the configured number of tokens will be credited to the customer.

  • That you have correctly entered the ID of each affiliate account;
  • That you have correctly entered the percentages to be paid to your affiliates (enter 0 in a field if no percentage is to be paid).
